More Than Fortnite: Minecraft Monday and Mini-Games

Late Night Vision is known for Fortnite, but the channel also plays Minecraft, Reload, zero build, and silly mini-games. Here is what to expect.

If you have only seen Late Night Vision's Victory Royales, you might think the channel plays nothing but Fortnite. Fortnite is home base, but the channel's own description promises "a diverse selection of games," and the streams live up to it.

Minecraft Monday

In March 2025, the channel posted a short clip, shown above, called Minecraft Monday. It is a quick invitation to come hang out: hit subscribe so you know when the stream is live, and "please come join us in our dance party."

That is the energy Late Night Vision brings to every game, whether it is a battle royale or a building game. The point is not only to win. It is to have fun together and bring the chat along for the ride.

Different ways to play Fortnite

Even inside Fortnite, the channel likes to mix it up. When the hosts previewed their fall 2024 season in Fortnite News and More, they listed the modes they wanted to play:

  • Reload, a favorite because you get back into the action fast after looting up, as long as your partner is still alive
  • Zero build, for players who would rather aim than build
  • Classic battle royale, the original

Silly mini-games

Some nights call for something lighter. The hosts said they might just "chill" and play mini-games, naming classics like floor is lava and Only Up-style climbing challenges. Those are the kind of games where losing is half the fun, which makes them perfect for a family audience.

Short clips, big moments

The channel's Shorts capture the quick highlights between games. Alongside Minecraft Monday, you will find clips like Ultimate Win and a sped-up platforming run called Sunshine 1.2x speed. We cover where to find them in where to watch Late Night Vision.

Where LNV Play fits in

Late Night Vision's own game is part of the variety, too. Late Night Rumble Arena is built for the same kind of quick, social play as a mini-game night: rounds of 60 to 120 seconds, four modes to rotate through, and room for up to 30 participants, including optional bots. It runs in the browser, so viewers can join from a laptop, phone, or tablet without downloading anything.

Suggest the next game

The hosts have always asked chat what they should play next, so tell them on the next stream. And when a room code shows up on screen, enter it on the LNV Play home page and play along. Please keep it friendly and follow the Game Rules.
